in vivo view of Colpoda irregularis (KAHL,1931).This species is distinguished by the prominent lobular postoral sac. From culture of rewetted moss and surface soil crust on the surface of rocks in high desert sagebrush (Artemesia sp.) habitat of southwest Idaho.DIC.   This image was taken by William Bourland.
