Description of Cellular life:
The nucleic acid and protein machinery is enclosed within a lipoprotein layer or membrane. There are three major types of cellular life; the Eubacteria or bacteria, the Archaebacteria or Archaea and the Eukaryotes. The Eubacteria and Archaebacteria collectively used to be referred to as Bacteria or prokaryotes. The relationships among these three domains of life are unclear.
